Peerbits started as four engineers in a single room with a shared belief: disciplined engineering and genuine ownership of a client's outcome would always outlast the lowest-priced bid. That conviction built a company of 180+ engineers across six international offices, 750+ delivered projects, and a 92% client satisfaction rate.In 2011, Peerbits was not a business plan — it was a reaction to something broken. Four software engineers who had watched good projects fail because of poor communication, inflated estimates, and no real accountability decided to build a company around the opposite. We would take ownership. We would be transparent. We would care about outcomes, not just deliverables.
The early years were unambiguous: mobile and web applications, clients who needed builders they could trust, and a reputation built one delivered project at a time. By 2013 we had completed 100+ projects. By 2016, we had outgrown two office spaces. By 2018, ISO 9001:2015 certified. By 2020, 500+ projects and a team large enough to handle enterprise-grade complexity.
Through every phase, the founding conviction did not change. What changed was the depth of our capability — and eventually, the clarity of where we could apply it to greatest effect.
